Einleitung

On behalf of our client, a globally leading company in the telecommunications and consumer electronics sector, we are looking for an Experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) – Open Market in Düsseldorf. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, expanding market presence, and fostering strong partnerships within the open market segment.

Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to increase market share and revenue in the consumer electronics sector
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key distribution partners while identifying new business opportunities
  • Conduct market analyses to identify growth potential and define clear sales targets
  • Negotiate and finalize annual contracts, trade terms, and promotional agreements to optimize strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with internal teams (GTM, MTK, Retail, etc.) to successfully plan and execute product launches and sales initiatives
  • Support logistics and inventory planning to ensure efficient product availability and timely delivery

Dein Profil

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least five years of experience in B2C sales, ideally in a company with 500+ employees
  • Experience in channel/operator sales is a plus
  • Strong understanding of B2C sales processes and project management
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent in both English and German (written and spoken)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a "never give up" attitude
